What is an Employee Visa?
The Employee Visa is one of the fastest and most cost-effective ways to obtain UAE residency. Applicants must have a work contract with a company or employer registered in the UAE.
The Company Employee Visa grants the right to:
- Live in the UAE for the duration of the contract with the possibility of renewal
- Sponsor family members for UAE residency
- Obtain your Emirates ID and enjoy all the benexts available to residents: long-term housing, enrolling children in local schools, obtaining a SIM card, and resident discounts
- Open a resident bank account

Employee Visa Application Process
The employer resolves almost all organizational issues.
1. Quota acquisition
Obtaining a quota for the employee at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
2. Contract signing
Signing a contract with the employee and obtaining a work permit.
3. Insurance and deposit payment
Payment for the employee's medical insurance and a deposit, typically equal to their monthly salary.
4. Receiving an Entry Permit
Obtaining an Entry Permit from the Immigration Department.
Upon arrival in the UAE, the employee must undergo a medical examination and receive an Emirates ID.
